St Thomas’ Church Summer Fête

The Fête will take place on Saturday 26th May 2018, 12.00—15.00 hours. We urgently need your help! If you are Spring cleaning please remember us. We are looking for items for all our Summer Fête Stalls, particularly our bric-a-brac, second outing and toy stalls. As you can see from the list below we are also in urgent need of some volunteers to help on the day and again particularly people to help Neil Hillis run our Toys Stall, Philip Bagnall and Will Robertson to run the Books stall and someone to help on the Ice Cream Stall. Cakes – Hilary Turner Bric-a-brac – Pam McGurdy and team Lunches/Teas – Sheila Chamberlain and team Plants – Julie-Anne Hudson Books – Philip Bagnall, Will Sherlock-Robertson Bottles – Denis Beare 2nd Outing (Clothes, Bags, Shoes, etc.) – Suzanne Harris BBQ – John Telford, Monickam Thanaseelan Toys – Neil Hillis (needs helpers) Gate money – Alan McGurdy Tea money – Alec Bell Raffle – Deirdre Donovan We also need people to help to erect and strike tents, to set up and clear up, and lots of other things…! The Summer Fête is a very important part of the annual fundraising for St Thomas’ Church so if you feel that you can give a little of your time to help out it would be very gratefully received.
