St. Thomas' Sunday Club
St. Thomas' Sunday Club ready to go for another season of Sunday Club, starting
on Sunday 7th September 2008. We look forward to welcoming our
previous members back and lots of new members too.
This year Catherine Thanaseelan will be teaching the youngest members, and Evangeline Thanaseelan will be teaching the next age level. Both Evangeline and Catherine are former members of the Sunday Club and it is wonderful to see them taking a lead role in our Sunday Club, and giving back some of what they gained from their time in Sunday Club.
Deirdre Knight has joined the team of leaders at St. Thomas' Sunday Club this year to keep the adult/child ratios correct and we thank her for volunteering.
Catherine, Evangeline and Deirdre are part of a fantastic team, of which Rachel McConnell and Jacqueline Mullen are also teachers - with Jacqueline as our musical maestro at Sunday Club ably helped by her son Paul - and with Jeanette Hunt as co-ordinator.
It is great to have such a dedicated team nurturing the young people of our parish.
